The 48” Mercury Dual Fuel Model features an extra-large, 7-Mode Multi-Function Oven, as well as a second extra-large, true European convection oven. The Glide-Out Broiler System with Full Broil and Half Broil mode provides complete coverage with adjustable heights and extendable gliding tray spacious enough to cook six 6-ounce steaks at once. Nine eye-catching hi-fi Style Controls deliver precise power to each burner and oven with stereo-like grace. The natural gas cooktop with five sealed brass burners are each topped with a porcelain-enamel finish, cast-iron flame spreader to provide superb heat distribution and retention.

Turn the convection off, leave it on or go somewhere in between-you tailor the oven's performance to your needs by selecting from the convection bake, convection broil, fan assist bake, conventional bake, top brown or base heat modes.
- GLIDE OUT BROILER SYSTEM — Glide Out Broiler System™ with Full Broil mode to provide complete coverage using eight full passes and Half Broil mode using four right-hand passes
- CONVECTION OVEN — Programmable and very quick, the fan oven also keeps an even temperature, making it perfect for cooking several dishes at once.
- BROILING OVEN — This oven may look unassuming, but it features a powerful 8-pass, 2300 watt broiler that's heated and ready to cook in just 5 minutes! The Full Broil mode provides complete coverage using the full eight passes. The Half Broil mode uses the four right-hand passes and is perfect when cooking for one.
