About this Product
Bertazzoni 36-inch Professional Series dual fuel range. The wide-format counter depth range has a cooktop featuring six gas brass burners including two dual-ring power burners of up to 19,000 BTU with separately controlled flames. The electric self-cleaning oven has nine functions, from convection, baking and roasting to warming on up to 7 levels. The 5.7 cu. ft. self-clean oven cavity requires no cleaning agents. An edge-to-edge multi-layer inner glass door maximizes the usable oven space and allows for easy cleaning. This model also features telescopic glide shelves and soft-close door hinges. The elegant digital gauge ensures precise control of the oven temperature during baking, roasting and broiling with bezel integrated controls for the temperature probe.
