About this Product
Bertazzoni 36-inch induction range. The wide-format counter depth range has an induction cooktop with five heating zones including individual booster functions, cookware detection sensors and residual heat indicators. The 5.7 cu. ft. electric self-cleaning oven has nine functions, from convection, baking and roasting to warming on up to 7 levels. The self-clean oven cavity requires no cleaning agents. An edge-to-edge multi-layer inner glass door maximizes the usable oven space and allows for easy cleaning. This model also features telescopic glide shelves and soft-close door hinges. The elegant digital gauge ensures precise control of the oven temperature during baking, roasting and broiling with bezel integrated controls for the temperature probe.
Features
- INDUCTION COOKTOPS — The coil produces a high-frequency electromagnetic field which penetrates the iron or steel pan and generates heat. Heat generation stops as soon as the pan is removed from the element, or it is switched off. With induction there is no waste of stored or residual heat, and practically all the energy is used to heat the pan. Also, there is no waiting for elements to heat up; full power is available immediately. Bertazzoni induction cooktops also feature one of the category leading broadcast ranges. As a result, cookware with slightly uneven bottom sections, will not diminish the advantageous of fast, immediate heat up times. With their touch-controls, the cooking zones are arranged to make it easy to prepare a wide range of different dishes very quickly with minimal energy output. Special functions include a booster and a pot detection system.
- ELECTRIC CONVECTION OVEN — The extra-wide oven with heat-assisted convection fan and full-width broiler provides balanced air flow and even heat distribution.
- SOFT MOTION DOOR — The soft-motion oven door is specially designed and carefully balanced for easy opening and smooth closing with one hand.
- TELESCOPIC GLIDE SHELVES — The telescopic oven rack provides more convenient oven access and easier handling of hot and heavy dishes.
