About this Product
Bertazzoni 48-inch Professional Series gas range. This extra-wide counter depth range has a cooktop featuring six gas brass burners, including two dual-ring power burners, of up to 19,000 BTU with separately controlled flames and a stainless-steel electric griddle. The 4.7 cu. ft. main oven has two balanced air-flow convection fans and a full width infrared gas broiler. The useful 2.4 cu. ft. auxiliary oven has a special low temperature setting. Both ovens include telescopic glide shelves and soft-close door hinges. An edge-to-edge triple layer inner glass door maximizes the usable oven space and allows for easy cleaning. The elegant gauge ensures precise control of the oven temperature during roasting, broiling and baking on up to 7 levels.
