- 20.000BTU SUPER POWER BURNER WITH SUPERB SIMMERING FEATURE — 20.000 BTU power burners generate high heat and switch from high heat to a true simmer. High heat and simmering function. The main benefit of simmering is the hob can give less (675btu) to melt the chocolate slowly without burning. Main benefit: High heat and simmering function, 2 L water in 11’ pan can be boiled in 7.5 minutes, 0,720 L water in 11’ pan can be boiled in 3.5 minutes.
