• POWERFUL 25,000 BTU BURNERS — PrimaNovaTM burners deliver an intense 25,000 BTU flame for maximum high, concentrated heat, perfect for achieving unmatched searing and an ultra-rapid boil. Choose from available 22,0000 BTU, 18,000 BTU, 15,000 BTU and 130°F simmer burners to complete your range with unmatched control and precision.
• POWR OVEN™ — The revolutionary PowR Oven™ technology allows for faster preheating of the oven and a 30% increase in heat efficiency. Combined with the unique convection oven system, an extra-large oven capacity, and a professional grade 1850° infrared broiler – the BlueStar® Platinum™ Series delivers restaurant-quality results.
• 2 EXTRA-LARGE CONVECTION OVENS — 2 extra-large ovens that will accommodate a full-size 18"x 26" commercial baking sheets. The convection fan system combined with the cavity design of the oven provides incredibly even heat distribution for precise baking results.
• FULL MOTION GRATES — Bring sauce to a boil while stirring on a front burner, then slide it to the rear to simmer while you sauté up front! Full motion grates allow you to easily reposition pots and pans from front to rear burners without lifting. The grates are also oversized to accommodate the largest stock pots and sauté pans.
• INFRARED BROILER — The large burner produces 1850ºF of intense, searing heat close to the burner, while effecting a gentler broiling for foods placed farther away. The broiler is fully recessed into the oven's top to create maximum cooking space.
