This 36-inch wide BlueStar freestanding gas range features 6 sealed burners, porcelain-coated cast-iron full-motion burner grates and an extra-large convection oven with 1850° infrared broiler.
Features
- EXTRA LARGE CONVECTION OVEN — Features an extra-large oven that will accommodate a full-size 18"x 26" commercial baking sheet. The convection fan system combined with the cavity design of the oven provides incredibly even heat distribution for precise baking results.
- INFRARED BROILER — The large burner produces 1850ºF of intense, searing heat close to the burner, while effecting a gentler broiling for foods placed farther away. The broiler is fully recessed into the oven's top to create maximum cooking space.
- PORCELAIN ENAMEL TOP — Black enamel top provides a sleek cooking surface that resists scratching to stay looking new for years. This easy-to-clean top complete with full motion grates is the perfect cooking surface for any home chef.
