- DEDICATED SEALED SMOKER — A dedicated smoker tray with a direct 3,500BTU burner offering a clean, convenient option for specialized smoking recipes.
- DOUBLE-SIDED CAST STAINLESS STEEL GRILLING GRATES — Double Sided Cast Stainless Steel Grilling Grates - deliver perfect sear lines at the same time as channeling away oil to an easily removable capture tray. Grates feature one side with a gentle radius for support and handling, while the other side is W shaped for maximum grease capture, while leaving perfect sear lines.
- FULL SURFACE SEARING — All DCS Grills feature full surface searing rather than uneven hotspots. A combination of precision ported stainless steel burners, ceramic radiant rods and heavy gauge stainless steel burner box construction ensure precise, even searing temperatures across the entire grilling surface.
- GREASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM GREASE CHANNELING TECHNOLOGY — This patented Grease Management system grease channeling thecnology reduces flare-ups by directing grease and oils away from the burner flames during grilling.
- ROTISSERIE — DCS Rotisserie Grill models include a dedicated infrared rotisserie burner, providing controlled searing heat up to 18,000BTU. The heavy-duty rotisserie motor powers a stainless steel hexagonal rod and adjustable forks, which can securely accommodate a 50lbs load.
- DIRECT BURNER IGNITION — DCS Grills include an ergonomic ignition solution, where burners are lit directly from the corresponding knobs eliminating the need for a surface ignition button.
- TEMPERATURE GAUGE — Designed for monitoring temperatures when cooking pizzas or when using indirect heat from adjacent burners, for preparing roast meals.
- SMART BEAM GRILL LIGHT — A 40W halogen light is integrated into the patented weather-proof rotisserie motor of DCS Rottisserie Grill models. The Smart Beam Grill Light is designed to illuminate the entire cooking surface for perfect night grilling.
