  • PRO BAFFLE FILTER — Professional style baffle grease filters, which are dishwasher safe and are able to stand up to pro cooking
  • PRO MOTOR — The motor in this hood is surrounded in metal with all metal impellers for top performance.
  • SELF START HEAT SENSOR — When the hood is off, if the stove temperature reaches a certain level, the hood automatically comes on.
