This Fisher & Paykel 30-inch freestanding gas range features a 3.5 cu.ft. oven capacity, the AeroTech™ technology, 4 sealed burners and a precise control.
Features
- AEROTECH™ TECHNOLOGY — AeroTech™ system circulates air evenly throughout the entire oven so dishes on the top shelf turn out just as perfect as food cooking on the bottom shelf.
- BAKE — The Bake function radiates heat from the top and bottom of the oven whilst natural convection currents evenly distribute heat. Moisture is retained to provide light, succulent dishes. For best results, only bake on one shelf at a time.
- PRECISE CONTROL — The consistent flame and heat distribution of the gas burners combined with highly responsive dials offer precise heat control. Perfect a slow simmer for sauces or an intense heat for searing steaks.
