With its CI 491 36-inch induction cooktops, Gaggenau is pairing the benefits of an extra-wide cooktop with the precision and power of induction. The cooktops also feature the latest restaurant-grade frying technology. Frying sensor technology provides home chefs with easy handling for better results, healthy frying capabilities, added security and energy efficient frying. The Twist-Pad control, a maneuverable magnetic knob, operates the cooking zones and can be removed for safety and cleaning purposes when not in use. This cooktop is frameless.
