- IN-OVEN CAMERA — This oven is equipped with a heat resistant in-oven camera that lets you monitor your food from your smart device through the SmartHQ app.
- INDUCTION TECHNOLOGY — Induction elements use electricity to produce a magnetic field that reacts with the iron in metal cookware - including cast iron and magnetic stainless steel pans - and transfers the heat to the cookware.
- SOUS VIDE CAPABILITY — A sous vide-enabled cooktop lets you achieve perfection on the stove with a precision cooking probe.
- GUIDED COOKING — This range is equipped with guided cooking from Hestan Cue to help streamline your cooking with a system that combines video-guided recipes from chefs with automatic time, temperature and cooking pace adjustments.
- TRUE EUROPEAN CONVECTION WITH PRECISE AIR — Advanced convection uses a 3rd heating element and a reversing fan to provide the highest level of heat and air circulation.
