Liebherr’s DuoCooling system for the refrigerator and the freezer provides superior performance and efficiency, as well as advanced food preservation. DuoCooling creates optimal conditions in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments, which lengthens the shelf life of food items for a healthier lifestyle. This model eliminates the need for a water hook up as it has a convenient 50 oz internal water tank for the IceMaker. Simply fill the tank with filtered water to produce perfect half-moon crescent ice cubes.

• SOFTSYSTEM HINGES — When you talk to our engineers about the ideal degree for a refrigerator, they may reply by saying, “Temperature, or door angle?” They’ve invested a great deal of effort in developing our SoftSystem hinge, ensuring the doors of select Liebherr models always close gently. At 30° in built-ins and selected European fully integrated models, SoftSystem takes over for you and closes the door without slamming, even when the interior is fully loaded.
• DUOCOOLING — DuoCooling technology uses two completely separate refrigeration circuits to prevent air from being exchanged between the fridge and freezer compartments. This protects food in the refrigerator compartment from dry air from the freezer compartment. Also, odours do not mingle and the foods retain their own aroma. There is no air exchange between the fridge and freezer compartments, odour transfer is prevented and stored food does not dry out.
• SMARTSTEEL — Easy-to clean SmartSteel material is scratch resistant and makes fingerprints virtually disappear.
• GLASSLINE — The elegant yet tough GlassLine shelves are scratch resistant and easy to clean as well as dishwasher safe. The space-saving shelves are designed for organization and are completely adjustable to suit your needs and the contents of the refrigerator; additionally the lighting shines through for a brighter interior.
• FROSTSAFE — The removable FrostSafeDrawers create flexible storage space that can easily expand to accommodate larger items. Advantageously, this spacious and practical transparent drawer system helps you fit more as well asmaintain temperature by keeping cold air from escaping when the door is open.
• LED — Distinctive LED light columns are integrated into both sides of the compartment liner. Inside the columns are numerous cool LED lights that ensure uniform lighting throughout the interior.
• LED LIGHTING — With two LED light columns integrated into the compartment liner on select models, you’ll find what you’re looking for with clear, uniform energy efficient illumination of the interior.
• NO FROST — Food is frozen with chilled, recirculating air, while expelling humidity. As a result, the freezer is always free of ice, ensuring long-term freshness.
• SUPERCOOL — SuperCool generates greater cold reserves so that freshly stored food can be rapidly chilled. Reversion from the chilling temperature of +2°C to the normal refrigeration temperature is time or quantity-controlled to help save energy.
• SUPERFROST — SuperFrost generates greater cold reserves so that freshly stored food can be frozen rapidly, in a vitamin-preserving manner. Reversion from the freezing temperature of -32°C to the normal freezer temperature is time or quantity-controlled to help save energy.
• SUPER QUIET — Noise is kept to a minimum with virtually silent, speed controlled compressors and a low nose cooling circuit; while also ensuring exact performance, energy efficiency and SuperQuiet operation.
