Smeg Classic 30-inch Built-In Wall Oven with a 3.92 cu. ft. oven capacity. The electronic control manages temperatures in the best possible way and promotes uniformity of heat. The enamel interior have a special antacid lining which helps keep the interior clean by reducing the amount of cooking grease adhering to it.

• CHILD LOCK — Some models are fitted with a device to lock the programme/cycle so it cannot be accidentally changed.
• AIR COOLING SYSTEM — The fresh forced air recirculation system means that the sides, the door and the components inside the range remain cool, ensuring greater safety and a longer life for your appliance. The cooling system remains in operation even when cooking is finished, continuing to function with the oven switched off, so as to dissipate the heat that has accumulated inside the range.
• DEFROST BY TIME — With this function the time of thawing of foods are determined automatically.
• QUADRUPLE GLAZED — Number of glazed doors.
• Enamel interior — The enamel interior of all Smeg ovens have a special antacid lining which helps keep the interior clean by reducing the amount of cooking grease adhering to it.
• Fresh Touch — Most of Smeg ovens have a "cool door." Thanks to the combination of tangential cooling and internal heat-reflecting glasses, the temperature on the outer surface of the door is maintained below 50° C. In addition to providing safety, this system protects the sides of the furniture from overheating by the oven.
• PIZZA FUNCTION — The simultaneous operation of these three elements ensures an optimum cooking facility, ideal not only for pizza but also for cookies, quiches and flans.
• PYROLITIC CLEANING — Through the automatic pyrolytic cleaning function, all the dirt and grease stuck to the walls of the cavity is burned away effortlessly, without the need for detergents, thanks to the extremely high temperature reached by the oven (500 °C). Every oven has an all glass removable inner door: the single flat surface i extremely easy to clean and it can be removed completely if necessary.
• COOKING WITH TEMPERATURE PROBE — It is possible to display the temperature detected by the probe and set a target temperature that the dish must reach. When the core of the dish reaches the desired temperature, cooking stops.
• SABBATH — This function allows you to cook food during the Sabbath, the Holiday of rest in the Jewish religion, respecting the precepts. The oven works without any time limitations. After you set this option, you can change any parameter in the oven and the lamp, the fan and the light of the knobs are turned off. Remains active only the knob to turn it off.
• RAPID PREHEAT — The rapid preheat function can be used to reach the selected temperature in just a few minutes.
