This extra large capacity front load washer includes the FreshFlow™ Vent System, the first fan-powered system with antimicrobial protection designed to help keep your clothes and washer fresh. This system includes a trio of features, like the FanFresh® Option.

• FRESHFLOW™ VENT SYSTEM — The FreshFlow™ Vent System is the first fan-powered system with antimicrobial protection designed to help keep your clothes and washer fresh. It's a trio of freshness features including the Dry Drum Cycle, FanFresh® Option, and Antimicrobial protection on the rubber seal.
• FANFRESH® OPTION — Keep your clothes fresh in the washer after a cycle. The FanFresh® Option uses a built-in fan and periodic tumbling to keep your just-washed clothes fresh until they're ready for the dryer, using less energy than you would if re-washing your clothes.* *Based on re-washing an 8 lb load on Normal cycle.
• AI INTELLIGENT WASH — Simplify your laundry routine with intelligent wash technology. It uses sensors to detect load size and fabric type, then automatically adjusts water levels, temperature, and wash actions for ideal fabric care and efficient cleaning performance.
• SMART FEATURES WITH WHIRLPOOL® APP — Be in control and stay connected from anywhere. The Whirlpool® App lets you start, pause, track progress, and receive notifications when you're away. Plus, access specialty cycles only available on the app, or create custom cycles you can save right to your machine.
• SANITIZE CYCLE 99.9% — The Sanitize cycle uses increased water temperature to eliminate 99.9% of common household bacteria.
• COLD WASH CYCLE — Give your most vibrant colors the care they need with the Cold Wash cycle that adjusts wash actions and time, combined with gentle temperatures, to provide optimal fabric care.
• PUMP ACCESS — Easily access the drain pump for more convenient cleaning and maintenance.
• CLEAN WASHER WITH AFFRESH® CYCLE (30) — Run the Clean Washer with affresh® Cycle every 30 washes to thoroughly clean the inside of your washer with an affresh® washing machine cleaner tablet or liquid chlorine bleach.
• ADD-A-GARMENT — Don't worry if you left a few of your items behind. Extra time before the spin cycle starts lets you toss in any missed or forgotten items.
• PRESOAK — The Presoak option lets you skip soaking outside of the washer. Extra time is added in the washer before the wash cycle, which starts automatically when the option is complete.
• STEAM CLEAN OPTION — Add the power of steam to the stain-fighting Steam Clean option for even more help in breaking down deep soils.
